Creative Mediation Design - Paul R. Fisher
Abstract: This article explains some of the different forms of mediation, their advantages, disadvantages and the ethical issues associated with some of those mediation processes. This article can serve as a tool for discussion between an attorney and his/her client, or between attorneys, as to which forms of mediation might be preferred over others for the resolution of their particular dispute.
