The objective of Paul Fisher's case administration is to make it easy and convenient for the attorney and his/her staff to get their case into mediation or arbitration.

Provide us a case caption and service list, including the names of all parties and insurance carriers each counsel represents. Upon receipt, our administrative staff will conduct a conflict / contact check. The administrative staff will fax each attorney an invitation to participate in a telephone conference call, a resume and articles about mediation written by Mr. Fisher. A staff member will contact each attorney to find a mutually convenient time and date for the conference call in which all issues necessary to set the matter for mediation, arbitration or other process created by all counsel will be discussed. See Pre Process Conference.

Some attorneys, including excellent litigators, may hesitate to contact opposing counsel to explore mediation or arbitration. However, the burden of contacting the opposing counsel immediately shifts to Mr. Fisher as soon as you inform him of your interest in the process. Though it may seem a daunting task to the attorney, it is the role of Mr. Fisher and his staff to contact all counsel to establish a conference call to set the mediation or arbitration.
